Protect Your Bottom Line – Maximize Your Revenue

IBS Bookmaster Accounts Receivable will easily handle the management of invoices and money owing to get the most out of your earnings. Bookmaster's Accounts Receivable also allows for tighter control of claims, while the integrated Telecollections feature helps you manage outstanding debts.

Claims Control

Claims Control gives you a simple way yet powerful way to monitor and control any kind of claim before it is acted upon and to notify customers of the status of the claim.
  • You can register, then approve, modify or reject claims
  • Claims Control is interfaced to Returns Management
  • Once a claim is approved it automatically becomes a credit note without the need for re-keying
  • You can enter claims directly from a remittance advice or a claim form
  • You can allocate cash against unapproved claims, making it easy to manage complex cash allocations that include many claims

Telecollections

The Telecollections feature will help you manage debt collection more efficiently helping lower outstanding debts.
  • You can follow-up outstanding debts using a work schedular that tells you who to call and when to call
  • You can build up a customer history as the system allows you to record and view telephone conversations, letters, customer balances, transactions and payments
  • Once customer history is created, you can review the history and record collection calls
