IBS-US announces the acquisition of the supply chain division of JGI after a successful strategic alliance partnership for two-years in the wholesale Distribution and manufacturing marketplace. IBS will purchase outright all assets and employees of the Supply Chain Division of JGI. The successful partnership is based on both organizations strength in Supply Chain Consulting, and experience and resources on IBM's leading mid-market business server; the eServer iSeries (AS/400). IBS is a Global Strategic Alliance Partner with IBM and focuses their vast R & D resources on the iSeries platform, related operating systems and software.
The addition of JGI into the IBS family will add offices and consultants in Rochelle Park, NJ and Buffalo, NY. These consultants average over 10 years with JGI and have in-depth knowledge in the fields of Manufacturing and Distribution as well as strong application and consulting and services wisdom in CRM, Financials, Integration, EDI, & Business Intelligence.
