IBS Konsult AB acquires Component Innovation Sweden

IBS Konsult AB (subsidiary of IBS AB) has acquired all shares in Component Innovation Sweden AB (CISweden), located in Gothenburg, Sweden. The acquisition will bring some twenty new Swedish customers to IBS Konsult, as well as leading-edge competence in the field of component-based software development. Sellers are the four founders and employees of the company.
"The acquisition strengthens our leading position in Sweden within component-based development," says Kjell Sandström, MD of IBS Konsult AB. In conjunction with the acquisition, the employees of CISweden will join the staff of IBS Konsult.
