Leading medical equipment distributor signs with IBS

IBS US wins order from leading US distributor of medical equipment.
International Business Systems (IBS), the worldwide leader of wholesale distribution software for the IBM iSeries (AS/400), announces a new business alliance with Merry X-Ray, one of the leading distributors of radiology equipment and products in the medical imaging field. Merry X-Ray, with branch offices serving 25 states, has licensed IBS software suite to improve its customer service and increase Merry X-Ray's competitive advantage through enhanced multi-branch Distribution, vendor rebate management, contract pricing, vendor managed inventory (VMI) and better Business Intelligence tools.
Additionally, IBS' industry leading e-Commerce software, which includes the richest suite of integrated fulfillment functionality, will allow Merry X-Ray to transform how it conducts business on-line, giving customers new and more efficient ways to order products and services.
