The meeting feature is integrated with the Lotus Notes or Microsoft Outlook calendar, and letters can be created using any word processor.

Simple statistical report – It is possible to create a sales statistics report using IBS Enterprise criteria, to get a quick overview on the sales situation. You can also subscribe to a certain report, by day, week, month or quarter. An optional email notification can be configured for subscribers. Instant inquires are also available at a click of a button. These can be either preloaded or user-defined.

Partnership plans – Long-term plans can be set up per business partner, and are used to keep track of potential projects and products of interest to customers. You can also set up plans for your suppliers and other business partners to keep track of future projects.

Productive campaigning – The sales campaign tool allows you to select customers and follow up on your various sales campaigns. For instance, you can see whether there is a match between the customers who have bought, and the customers who have been actively influenced. When creating a campaign, customer contact notes are automatically generated for the sales staff to use when working with the different campaign elements.

The profitability of the sales campaign is calculated when the campaign is closed, using both invoice information and other costs related to the campaign. You can also set a budget for a sales campaign, and have the system calculate possible budget deviations when the campaign is closed.
