NetStore Customer Portal is IBS' solution to e-Commerce software, which is a web application enabling customers to connect their IBS Enterprise company – or any other database using JDBC standards – to the Internet. It was developed to meet the demands of companies that want to integrate their sales and logistics processes through e-Commerce, using secure and efficient e- Commerce solutions directly integrated with their business software. The current release of NetStore Customer Portal focuses on browsing product Catalogs, searching for Products, placing Orders, viewing Order History, and checking Account Information. It also provides self-service where the web client can customize his or her Credit Cards used for payments, Delivery addresses, build Favorites and other functions.

IBS' e-Commerce software is completely integrated with IBS Enterprise, which means that your customers get real-time access to information concerning product information, stock availability, order status, credit status and much more.
